RACV recently conducted an online survey of nearly 5000 club members to gain an insight into their travel and accommodation selection habits.

We gained some interesting facts that we would like to share with you, including:

• 43% use printed travel guides when sleecting accommodation
• 88% booked their accommodation directly with the property last year
• 90% are impacted by a property's STAR Rating
