The official STAR Ratings are the Trade Marks of AAA Tourism Pty Limited.
If a property complies with the Scheme Entry Criteria and satisfies the requirements for a STAR Rating in one of the six categories, they will be licensed to display the official STAR Ratings Trade Mark.

Licensees have the right to use the STAR Ratings Trade Marks in their advertising and promotions, with obligations listed in the Trade Marks Guidelines, available for download below.
