Geoff Ralph
Assessing Territory: Victoria and Tasmania
Career Synopsis: Geoff joined the AAA Tourism STAR Ratings Australia (SRA) Team in October 2006 as an Assessor. He currently assesses properties for STAR Ratings purposes in the Melbourne CBD, the Southern and Western regions of Victoria as well as the Northern Region of Tasmania.
Geoff was educated in Sydney, Brisbane as well as the United Kingdom where he lived for 4 years. He has had an extensive career in sales and marketing including management roles in the airline and hospitality industries for over 27 years.
Interests: His interests include golf, flying and travel.

Magy Evans
Assessing Territory: Victoria – Mainly the Gippsland area & Tasmania
Career Synopsis: Magy comes from industry related jobs which included working in Hotels, Management of Sports Clubs, Hospitality & Industry research and analysis; along with Training and Development. She has worked in many different locations around the world including the USA, Central and South America, United Kingdom, Europe, Singapore and India.
Family: Magy’s five children all live outside of Australia, ("therefore there are no distractions, however they contribute to wonderful annual holidays!") Magy has seven grand children.
Interests: Magy enjoys working with local community projects in sustaining family values and connections. She has worked extensively here and overseas with ‘DOCS’.
Favourite Holiday Destination: Magy's favourite city is Florence, "for the shear magnificence of the art and blend of architecture". However, she also loves New York, "for its extrovert nature and the fact that it is active 24 hours of every day".

Margaret Yuru Milbourne
Assessing Territory: Southern QLD & Northern NSW
Career Synopsis: A teacher by trade, Margaret taught literature in a Teachers Training College and taught hospitality in a TAFE College. She has worked in hotels and motels in various departments; spent a couple of years with a Canadian Life Insurance company in Sales & Marketing; devoted 12 years to RACV in various positions and now, is committed 100% to AAA Tourism.
Interests: Reading, music, art, travel and horse riding.
A Perfect Day: Margaret's idea of a perfect day is: A lazy sumptuous breakfast at any café in any quiet location with a view (garden or ocean); a hair-cut in a salon catching up with the latest Vogue/Harpers Bazaar; a stroll in galleries or boutiques; a concert evening to finish off the day.

Mark Wakefield
Assessing Territory: South Australia
Career Synopsis: Previous to working at AAA Tourism, Mark worked in Hotels for 16 years- working with “Hilton International”, “Intercontinental Hotels & Resorts” and various other chains. Prior to this, Mark worked for “Ansett Airlines of Australia”.
Family: Mark is married with 2 sons, aged 10 and 12 years old.
Interests: Mark enjoys travel (with a strong mix of food, wine and shopping), AFL football, (“GO the CROWS”), cooking & going to the Gym.

Phil Robinson
Assessing Territory: South East NSW & ACT
Career Synopsis: Phil owned and managed a Caravan Park in Far East Gippsland for 9 years. "Absolutely loved it and the years just flew by". The park ran smoothly most of the time thanks to his wife ("who did most of the work as well as bring up the kids, kill the snakes, settle the customers and so on"). Phil worked as a Cartographer in Canberra and also studied Architectural Drafting before moving to the Caravan Park.
Family: “I think I'm married (may not be legal, as I married in Malta!)” and at last count Phil had 4 kids and 1 grandson.
Interests: Enjoy Travel, more travel, Golf and camping.

Vinz Mueller
Assessing Territory: North East Victoria & Tasmania
Career Synopsis: Vinz has worked at a managerial level within the tourism industry of Europe and resort management. He finished his education with an MBA.
Interests: Travel, tennis, ice hockey and soccer.

Belinda Pryke
Assessing Territory: Sunshine – Capricorn Coast
Career Synopsis: Belinda is an Ex Hotel Owner/Operator working in both Australia and New Zealand in various establishments around the two countries. Belinda has been involved in the Hotel Industry for over 22 years and has thoroughly enjoyed her time in the tourism industry. Belinda is looking forward to her new challenge of Assessing Tourist Accommodation in the Sunshine/Capricorn coast region.
Interests: Animal Welfare, Supporting Guide Dogs and RSPCA

Adele Lewis
Assessing Territory: North Queensland
Career Synopsis: With a Degree in Building Science and a world trip behind her, Adele has held various positions in the hospitality industry. After working as a business analyst for a Community Aged Care organisation in Perth, Adele re-embarked on her hospitality career and managed a boutique hotel in Fiji. After a couple of years and not much time off, she had an idea and started her own business offering relief management services to boutique resorts in Fiji, her clients being some of the most prestigious boutique resorts. After two years it was time to come home to Australia and put all the knowledge and skill to work for AAA's STAR Rating program.
Interests: Travelling, 23 countries so far and counting, walking on the beach with my golden retriever and cooking.

Dean Cooper
Assessing Territory: Western Australia
Career Synopsis: Dean’s working career commenced as a journalist and various news editor positions in media starting in newspaper, then radio and some TV.
His hospitality career of 14 years ranged with management positions with Accor, Rydges, Broadwater Hotels and managing a Sunshine Coast resort.
Interests: Caravanning, wine tasting, dinners with friends and exploring every piece of Australia.
Favourite Holiday Destinations: Margaret River, Noosa, Daintree, Barossa Valley, actually I love all of Australia!

Patrick Collins
Assessing Territory: Sydney CBD and Western NSW
Career Synopsis: Pat has been involved in the hospitality industry for over 30 years and has held a number of senior management positions.
Over the years he has been able to demonstrate a solid ‘hands-on’ working knowledge of all areas of the accommodation industry, which he is looking forward to sharing with his STAR Rated Licensees.
