 Consumer Feedback

Consumer/Member feedback, both positive and negative regarding the standards and services provided at your property can be a valuable tool for improving your business. This feedback can also greatly assist AAA Tourism in progressively reviewing the Standards in the Australian STAR Rating Scheme.

Some consumer feedback on your property can originate from the Auto Club Guest Satisfaction Review (GSR) facility available on the Auto Club websites. To view any feedback, click on your relevant state Auto Club logo above and search for your property.

All consumer feedback received by AAA Tourism is investigated carefully:

  • The Assessor may, if appropriate, address issues raised by customers in the next Assessment.
  • AAA Tourism will, in particular, address any consumer complaints or issues that impact on a property meeting the Scheme Entry Criteria; or an Operator complying with the Code of Conduct.
A property can be removed from the Australian STAR Rating Scheme if a high level of negative consumer feedback received or severe complaint(s) is confirmed in a failure to meet Essential Scheme Standards. If you would like to lodge consumer feedback, please click here.
 
Commendations
 
Properties that receive significant positive feedback to AAA Tourism will receive a letter from the National Manager, STAR Ratings Australia applauding them on their efforts.
